BARBARA LEIGH, the First Official Warren Magazine VAMPIRELLA Cover Model. Barbara was chosen to portray Vampirella in the Hammer Films Movie based on the Magazine. While the Vampirella Movie was not made, the photo sessions of Barbara as Vampirella were used as covers for Vampirella Magazine #67,69,71,73,74,76,77, and 78. Barbara starred in movies such as Junior Bonner (with Steve McQueen) and Pretty Maids All in a Row.
KATHRYN LEIGH SCOTT (Maggie Evans) and LARA PARKER (Angelique) Stars of the original Dark Shadows 1966-1971 TV Series signing their new Dark Shadows books. Kathryn starred as Maggie Evans, the romantic interest of Barnabas Collins and Lara starred as Angelique, the witch who placed the curse on Barnabas that transformed him into a Vampire. Kathryn's latest book is Dark Shadows: Return to Collinwood, filled with cast interviews and rare photos from the original series. Lara's latest is an original story with Angelique and Barnabas called Dark Shadows: Angelique's Descent. A new version of Dark Shadows directed by Tim Burton and starring Johnny Depp as Barnabas Collins during May.
IAN OGILVY starred as Simon Templar/The Saint in The Return of the Saint TV Series, following Roger Moore's series several years earlier. Ian also starred in several Classic Horror Movies such as Witchfinder General (with Vincent Price, US Title: The Conqueror Worm), The Sorcerers (with Boris Karloff), She Beast (with Barbara Steele), And Now The Screaming Starts, and From Beyond the Grave (both movies from Amicus Films). Ian was the voice of James Bond in several 1980's audio book versions of Ian Fleming's classic 007 novels. First US Autograph signing appearance.
AUDREY DALTON, star of Classic Horror Movies William Castle's Mr. Sardonicus, The Monster that Challenged the World, and in three classic episodes of the TV Series Boris Karloff's Thriller. Audrey also starred in Titanic (with Robert Wagner), one of the first Movies on this subject, and in many Television series such as The Wild, Wild West (playing Boris Karloff's daughter Veda Singh), Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea, Wagon Train, and The Girl from UNCLE. First and only West Coast Autograph signing appearance.
ANN ROBINSON, starred with Gene Barry in the Classic Science Fiction Movie George Pal's War of the Worlds. Ann also starred as Queen Juilandra in Rocky Jones, Space Ranger, and several other Television series such as Alfred Hitchcock Presents, Rawhide, and Peter Gunn.
GEORGES JEANTY, artist for the Dark Horse Comic Book series Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Georges art was also featured in DC Comics titles Green Lantern, Superboy, and Superman, and Marvel Comics titles Gambit, Deadpool, Bishop: The Last X-Man, and Weapon X.
There will be a Free Drawing at 2:00 P.M. and Books being given away will be Creepy and Eerie Archives, Boris Karloff's Tales of Mystery, Buffy the Vampire Slayer (Courtesy of DARK HORSE), Dark Shadows (a new Comic Book series based on the original TV Series) and Vampirella (Courtesy of DYNAMITE ENTERTAINMENT).
