I consider myself a gamer rather than a geek, but the truth is what it is. I don't really know what defines a geek now that television and movies have taken the whole "geek chic" to it's bosom. I feel exploited and spend most of my time focused on schoolwork or Skyrim.
I don't watch TV, haven't had any service (analog, cable, satellite whatever) since 2003. I watch a few shows on DVD or streaming, but mostly I eschew the entire scene in favor of gaming.
I'm into games (rpgs, board, video, dice, etc), cosplay, scifi & fantasy, films and animation, blades & firearms, military and martial arts. Also, I'm something of a geology nerd, and I'm totally fascinated by astronomy and robots are so awesomely cool that I want to build and maybe even battle them!
