Preview night brought news that Stan Lee and Boom! Studios will be teaming up to create 3 new series.
The three new series include:
- Soldier Zero by Paul Cornell and Javier Pina - October
- The Traveler by Mark Waid and Chad Hardin - November
- Starborn by Chris Roberson and Khary Randolph - December
Stan Lee was asked what pushed him to get together with Boom! Studios and he responded:
They offered a lot of money. Seriously, I've liked the work that BOOM! has done. It sounded exciting where I could sort of be like an overall editor or buttinski. They create the books and they bring them to me. 'What do you think of this idea? How do you like this? Let's talk about the art?' So I felt as though I was back in the Bullpen again like I used to be at Marvel.
